Adopt-A-Highway

The Delaware Adopt-A-Highway Program is formed collectively between the Transportation Department and volunteers who work together to make Delaware a clean place. It is a cleanup campaign which works to educate citizens of all ages about the responsibilities of land stewardship- the care and repair of the environment.
